One secret to getting a better handle on anxiety is finding really great ways to cope! Sometimes the creative outlets are the most effective!

Art and music are great tools people can use to reduce stress. When you live with less stress, you have less anxiety. Painting, creating with clay, coloring, drawing or writing are great ways to unwind from the day, express feelings and rid yourself of emotional stress.

The beauty of art is there is no one way to do it. You have complete freedom to create whatever you feel at the moment. This can be very freeing. It is a great way to decompress. Add some instrumental music and you are headed toward a perfect get away from anxiety!
