How do we maintain mental health wellness? It’s found in freedom from stress. In a chaotic world we have to find relief. 

Relief from stress comes in small ways. The stepping away from that project, or study time. Taking a walk around the neighborhood to clear your mind. Enjoying a good read before bed. 

Wellness comes by making time for yourself! It comes by self care, eating healthy, exercise, a walk will do! How can you take better care of yourself and find relief from stress in your life?
