Many people struggle with grief and loss for a multitude of reasons. Grief looks different for everyone and comes with several difficult emotions.
Loss is not something people can just get over. A loss of any kind is always a loss. There is no way around a storm, we have to go through it. Grief is much the same.
What we can learn is how to cope with the loss and move forward in life. This week we will focus our talk on ways to manage the difficult emotions of grief and loss.
