 Living with high levels of stress, struggling with anger, anxiety and unpleasant memories of a traumatic past can weight heavily on one's confidence. It can cause you to question everything and lose sight of the strengths and talents you possess. 


In difficult times it is great to find people who provide support and encouragement to you. Find time in your schedule to meet up with a friend for lunch or coffee or take a trip to the gym with a exercise partner. Surrounding yourself with people who care about you is wonderful because these are the people who can remind you of the positive qualities that are uniquely you!  


It is time to rediscover your beautiful characteristics! I hope you can find faith in the person you are and see the bright future ahead.
