In the chaos of busy schedules how do we fit in self care? Where does relaxation have a place in my schedule? No doubt life is super busy but the key to being productive and happy is to find time for yourself! 

 

What if I told you, you can do all the things and still have time to relax and de stress? You may have a difficult time seeing how this is possible. The key to this is to use mindfulness. Being mindful is simple and easy. It’s something you can incorporate anywhere anytime with little effort! 

 

Be mindful while enjoying that slice of watermelon. Notice the sweetness, the melon grains as they explode with flavor and dissolve in your mouth. 

 

Make time for relaxation by being mindful throughout your day. Here’s to a more rested and peaceful week ahead!
