Sleep Much

Many people struggle to get enough sleep! For some it’s the distractions from the day for others it’s the worries of tomorrow! Sometimes it’s just because we are so physically and mentally tensed we cannot relax well enough to sleep well enough! 

 

To get better sleep we need to take time to unwind from the day. What does that mean? It involves putting away everything that can distract or stress us at least an hour before we plan to go to sleep! So put all electronic devices on the charger, leave the work projects and reports in the office and do something to relax! 

 

Create a good bedtime routine in which you find ways to bring peace and calm to your body and mind. Soothing music, lavender tea and those comfy pajamas!! Here’s to hoping for better sleep for all of us!!!
