Hello! I'm Dinah Dziolek. a therapist, military spouse (recently retired), mom of 2 who believes in genuineness and helping fellow military and first responder families. Most importantly I have lived the active duty military lifestyle for many years. I have experienced the pain of infertility as a military spouse and navigated fertility treatments in Military Training Facilities. I have lived through deployments and unaccompanied remote assignments as a young mom while managing home, kids, career and community service to fellow military spouses and families. I know the pain of being away from extended family for extended periods of time, frequent moves and all the adventures of service life!
I also know there’s a way through the pain. I know that it’s possible to embrace the adventures and enjoy the unique opportunities service life brings. And I know I can help you do just that.
I have a passion for serving families who serve and sacrifice for our nation. I have many years of experience providing counseling to military service members, veterans, first responders and their families as well as various other populations. I have years of clinical training and experience as a Licensed Professional Counselor specializing in military and first responder families and knowledge of military culture to help individuals overcome challenges of service life, couples strengthen their marriages and improve dynamics within family. I have specialized training and experience as a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional in helping people overcome trauma with evidenced based therapies. Additionally I am a Board Approved LPC Supervisor in Texas and offer clinical supervison to LPC Associates and Graduate Students.
Counseling and therapy assists individuals work through mental health problems like anxiety and depression, helps couples improve communication intimacy and connection, and improves dynamics within the family. I use cognitive behavioral therapy and other evidence based modalities to help individuals, couples and families reach therapeutic goals in treatment. Additionally assessments may be offered to help individuals and couples reach goals.

Sessions are offered face to face on a Secure HIPPA compliant video conference platform
Counseling appointments are available to individuals, couples and families residing in the states of Texas, Missouri and Arizona. Fees $130 - Individual Session, Couple/Family $200, Intake Assessment $250 (TriCare & Private Pay Accepted).
Clinical Supervison is available to LPC Assoicates and Graduate Students in Texas and are $100 per session.
I am a Certified Clinical Trauma Professional, Board Certified Telemental Health Provider with CCE Center for Credentialing & Education and Texas Board Approved LPC Supervisor.
